  • How long is the Shokz warranty period?
    • Shokz offers a two-year limited warranty on all new headphones purchased from authorized retailers in most countries.Warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • How do I file my Shokz warranty?
    • For Malaysia Warranty Claim, please provide a copy of your receipt and a copy of the warranty card to our listed number so we can process as soon as possible.
  • What does the Shokz warranty covers?
    • The warranty covers manufacturer's defects. It does not cover misuse, loss, or theft.
  • Can I purchase in bulk?
    • Yes, we do receive bulk purchase inquiry, do send us your inquiry at support@nove.my

    • Kindly take note there will be charges of courier fee if there’s a need for us to courier back the replacement unit:

      West Malaysia : RM10.00
      East Malaysia : RM30.00

    • Shipping  : 1-3 days
    • Delivery   : 5-7 days

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to contact our customer service for exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
